How long will it take to get my photos?
I always guarantee fully edited galleries will be finished within 2-3 weeks of the session. This time frame looks different for weddings, engagements, and events and will be discussed at the time of booking!
For senior sessions, what constitutes one location?
If the senior is taking pictures on their campus, as long as each area is within reasonable walking distance, it is considered one location. If you are unsure, contact me and we can figure out what makes the most sense!
What should I wear?
The best advice I can give is to wear what makes you feel the most comfortable and confident!
If you are taking photos in a group (i.e. family or tree farm sessions), I suggest wearing coordinating colors that use one or two neutrals and one or two bold colors. Mix in patterns that utilize this grouping of colors. If you need help deciding on a color palette, reach out and I would be happy to help give a more detailed description!
For seniors, I recommend wearing outfits that incorporate your schools colors. You can wear anything as dressy as heels, dresses, slacks, and suits or you can wear jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers. It all depends on what makes sense to you!
What should I bring?
For senior sessions, I recommend bringing your cap and gown and any other regalia you would like photos in. It can be helpful to bring a change of shoes that are comfortable as well as a bag to carry any extra items you may have. Lastly, champagne and poppers can be a fun edition to celebrate this incredible milestone, but in the end you should bring what makes you feel the most like yourself!
If you are taking photos with young children, It can be helpful to bring candy, toys, or snacks to help keep their attention focused on the camera. It may also be beneficial to have a blanket on hand for if the child needs to sit on the ground.
If you are bringing along a beloved pet, it is best to have them on a leash to help keep them close by for efficient posing. It also helps to have a toy with a squeaker or treat to be used to get them to look at the camera.
What if I don't have a location picked out?
This is no problem at all! I have a long list of locations that you will be able to choose from!
